中空玻璃是将两片玻璃通过有效的密封材料密封和间隔材料分隔开，并在两片玻璃之间装有吸收水气的干燥剂，在玻璃间形成密封干燥气体层的复合玻璃产品。

产品特点：

1、光学性—根据组合中空玻璃原片性能的不同，一般可见光透过率范围为10~80%，反射率为13~35%；

2、隔热性—玻璃的热传导率是空气的27倍，若充入惰性气体可进一步降低传热系数U值；

3、隔音性—一般中空玻璃可降低噪音30分贝左右，而充入惰性气体后中空玻璃隔音效果可进一步提高；

4、防结霜性—中空玻璃露点必须低于-40℃，确保中空玻璃中空气层干燥、不结露；

5、密封性—铝间隔框采用自动弯管技术一次成型，减少接驳处，采用丁基胶和聚硫胶或结构胶双道密封，确保中空玻璃的密封性并延长其使用寿命。
